SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship most in-stock items within 48 hours of ordering though we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Items ordered together will usually be shipped in the same package though if an item is out-of-stock you will be alerted by e-mail to any shipping delay at the time of order.
Shipping times:
All of our service to standard residential addresses is by Fedex 3-day Express Saver. For US PO Boxes, we use USPS Priority Mail and for phone-ordered international shipments, we use USPS Express Mail.
Overnight delivery is available for most items shipping within the continental U.S. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. To arrange rush service please call 212.925.6841 from 10 am - 6 pm EST.
Post Office boxes:
Orders sent to PO boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail. Sorry, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
Backordered and Out of Stock Items:
"Backordered" means that the item is available in the near future, but not available immediately.
"Out of stock" means that we no longer carry that particular fabric and the item is no longer available.
You will be informed if an item is out of stock or backordered either at the time you add it to your shopping cart or by e-mail shortly following your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment and the option to receive a refund. We apologize but the technology of our e-commerce system does not prevent the processing of backorders or out-of-stock items. We can only issue a refund after the item has been processed.
Shipping outside North America:
We will ship to all US states and territories, APO/FPO, Canada, and the United Kindom, though we do not currently ship from the US to any other overseas locations via web orders. For international orders, please contact us at support@tarsianandblinkley.com or +1 212.925.6841 to make arrangements.
