RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Tarsian & Blinkley merchandise is individually inspected for quality. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will exchange or reimburse you for items purchased within 14 days.
To return merchandise
Please call customer service at 212.925.6841 to make arrangements to return any items. If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will gladly reimburse your shipping costs.
Refund processing
We will process your return promptly upon receipt, however please allow 10-12 days from when you ship your package and the refund processing. In addition, it may take your bank one to two billing periods before any refund appears on your credit card statement. All refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
